Telesis introduces EV4G green laser system
Oct 07 08 - Telesis Technologies Inc. (Fremont, CA; www.telesis.com/) has announced an enhancement to their E-series line of diode-pumped lasers marking systems: the new Telesis EV4G green laser system. The system marks and processes difficult materials: colored plastics, acrylic and polymer materials and is positioned for use in the electronics, semiconductor packaging, solar, and medical industries.
This fiber-coupled, diode-pumped, solid-state (DPSS) green wavelength laser marking system features optimized laser beam and Q-switched pulse characteristics for applications that require high beam quality and stability. In addition, the EV4G system offers extra power and speed for precision marking, and is a good choice for laser marking, scribing, trimming and other material processing applications.
The EV4G, the first harmonically converted version of the Telesis E-series lasers, is based on the Telesis EV15 IR platform, which produces 4W of output power at the 532nm green wavelength.
Telesis EV4G Green Laser System is designed to smoothly integrate with powerful Telesis Merlin II LS Laser Marking software, a Windows-based package that comes standard with the laser marking system. Merlin II offers a graphical user interface that makes marking pattern design quick and easy.
